Intuit Real Estate Solutions’ Zhen Tao Joins OSCRE’s Board of Directors

CLEVELAND — May 14, 2009 — Zhen Tao, vice president of global product management for Intuit Real Estate Solutions, has joined the board of directors at the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate.

Tao currently leads the global product management group at IRES, a division of Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU) that develops innovative real estate management software solutions for the global real estate industry. OSCRE establishes global standards for exchanging electronic real property information and gaining their adoption.

As a member of OSCRE since its inception, IRES has long recognized the organization’s value and has had an employee on the board since its founding.

We must bridge these differences and efficiently communicate not only across continents, but across technologies. Tao has more than 13 years of experience leading enterprise software product, service and marketing organizations. His previous experience includes positions at Audatex, a leading insurance software provider, and Softbook/Gemstar-TV Guide. Before that, Tao was a development manager with Oracle/PeopleSoft and a lead consultant with Techexcel, where he provided software architecture and application development consulting for ADP, Lockheed Martin and Harbinger.

Tao holds an MBA in management and finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in computer science from Kansas State University and a bachelor’s degree in physics and computer science from Peking University.
