Intuit Real Estate Solutions (IRES) has released IMPACT, a real estate software offering that enables companies to crease and model multiple investment scenarios, easily change critical investment assumptions, and estimate the short- and long- term financial impacts of alternative decisions on the portfolio, according to IRES.

“For the past year, we have collaborated closely with our clients from around the world to better understand the processes and pain points associated with making critical portfolio investment decisions and tracking performance against their decisions,” says Jeff Thompson, division president of IRES.

IMPACT allows individuals to collaborate with investors and other decision-makers and share models across their business, IRES adds. Rigorous security controls protect the models and formulas determined critical to any firm.
