Intuit Real Estate Solutions have exhibited at MIPIM for the past six years running. The event is always a key networking opportunity for us, and MIPIM 2004 proved to be no different. Our presence at the event allows us to meet with our global client base, as well as expand our business into new regions.

MIPIM 2004 gave Intuit Real Estate Solutions the opportunity to showcase the latest version of our Web-based property and asset management system, MRI.

A web-based system provides a global, seamless solution to property management, which can form an integral part of business operations, enterprise-wide. Information is accessible in real-time from anywhere around the world. MRI’s workflow-oriented technology is designed to enhance productivity while reflecting individual working practices. Our web-based product can be fully integrated with our Windows-based offering.

MIPIM 2004 saw us receive considerable interest in both our Web and Windows based solutions from a diverse array of property and investment companies. The event reflected a more global presence than ever before, with representation from 67 countries worldwide.

In order to meet the needs of international clients and prospective clients, we ensured that Intuit Real Estate Solutions similarly provided global representation at the show. Our team at MIPIM 2004 included staff from 4 of our global offices, between them offering considerable experience of the real estate markets throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the USA. This combination of skills and expertise meant that we were well served to provide local business knowledge to the companies with whom we met at MIPIM.

As a result of this year’s MIPIM show, we are currently in discussions with leading property organisations in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA, and expect to announce a number of key additions to our client base in the near future.
