MRI Facility Management is designed to track tenants requests and preventative maintenance tasks. Comprehensive preventative maintenance capabilities include each piece of equipment being placed on a user defined periodic maintenance schedule. A task library stores frequency, trade type, estimated time and safety codes.

All work orders can track time, material and mark-up costs, complete libraries of internal and external contractors are held giving the user complete analysis of time and cost management.

A full report suite provides detailed lease and property analysis with on-going and completed work orders, giving the user the complete picture of their facility management needs.

2.What features differentiate your offering?

All aspects of the facility management process can be logged and tracked via our web-enabled solution. Clients can easily log any reports or requests on an interactive web page, which provides the tenant and property manager with an efficient means of communication and resolution.

As with all MRI modules, Facility Management is fully integrated with our complete suite of property management modules.

The user also has the flexibility to tailor the system to suit their individual business needs.

3. What benefits does your system provide to your clients?

Due to the complete integration of Facility Management with the full MRI product range, the user is provided with all facilities needed to manage their entire property portfolio.

4. How will your system develop in the future?

MRI is constantly updating our Windows and web-based Facility Management solutions to meet the needs of our users. We approach all of our 5,000 clients for potential enhancements that they would like to see incorporated within the system. We feel that it is important to understand a diverse set of ideas and opinions, from not only existing MRI users, but also potential users.

MRI Facility Management is now used in 2,000 sites, throughout 28 countries.
