Mid-America Apartment Communities
Mid-America Apartment Communities (NYSE:MAA) selected Intuit Real Estate Solutions' (IRES) MRI Residential software for a comprehensive pilot test phase of its proposed property management solution to help them increase efficiency and improve the quality of services they can provide to their residents.
“Mid-America strives to provide an excellent living experience for our residents and to that end we are constantly looking for opportunities to improve our business processes,” said Warren Davis, vice president of budgeting and planning for Mid-America.
“That means joining with a leading-edge technology provider like IRES to improve operational efficiencies and ultimately enhance our residents’ experience. IRES' Web-based solution, and its intuitive workflow technology will give us more time to focus on our core business—our residents.”
“We’re very excited to work with Mid-America to streamline and simplify how they do business. The incorporation of workflow technologies, powerful functionality, and an easy-to-use interface are some of the benefits Mid-America will enjoy by selecting IRES,” said Steve Lloyd, director of residential business for IRES. “Our strategy is simple: to provide clients with solutions that are right for their business.”
Mid-America has begun pilot testing of IRES, and expects to begin total implementation of the software by year-end 2003.
